Admission Process

Form should be filled in capital letters only.

This form is valid for consideration of admission for the current year only and not transferable.

The forms must be completed in all respects. Incomplete form will be rejected.

Age Criteria
Pre-Nursery -Age Group – 1.8 to 2.5 yr
Nursery- Age Group – 2.5 to 3.5 yrs
KG Junior- Age Group – 3.5 to 4.5 yrs
KG Senior -Age Group – 4.5 to 5.5 yrs


Documents Required
Photocopy of the birth certificate of the Municipal Corporation should be submitted along with the admission form. For verification purpose, the original birth certificate should be shown at the time of submission of form.

Residential proof/ A copy of rent agreement, medical fitness certificate from registered medical practitioner.
